With funds from the Baltimore Regional Neighborhood Initiative, the Southeast CDC is working with homeowners in the CARE community and Library Square area to make safety upgrades and improve neighborhood curb appeal through residential façade improvements. Improvements have included fresh paint, new front doors, security screen doors, front porch lights, new stair railings, and replacement windows. The projects have been completed by Civic Works’ YouthBuild trainees.
