With funds from the Baltimore Regional Neighborhood Initiative, the Southeast CDC partnered with the Historic East Baltimore Community Action Coalition to renovate the interior and exterior of Northeast Market, one of the city’s largest and most historic public markets. Upgrades include new branding and signage, a splash mural painted across the exterior of the market, new privacy screening at the community-facing loading dock, new pedestrian lighting, and new painted screens on side facing windows.
