With funding from the Baltimore Regional Neighborhood Initiative, Southeast CDC partnered with The Reinvestment Fund to offer construction financing to small contractors redeveloping vacant properties in the CARE community. The funds provided construction loans of up to 40 percent of the project costs and were leveraged by loans funded by The Reinvestment Fund.
