Shops & Works Studios

The Southeast CDC has raised $100,000 of Community Legacy funds (a program of the State Department of Housing and Community Development) to support the construction of artist work studios in former carriage houses on Conkling Street. The studios are tucked in a courtyard behind the 300 block of S. Conkling Street.
